Registration
How do I register for Break Lab?
Registration is handled through Stripe checkout. You'll enter the registration password, then complete a one-time payment of $89. After payment, you'll receive a welcome email with your temporary password.
What's the registration password?
The registration password is shared directly with invited members. If you don't have it, reach out via the contact form on the main site.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe processes your payment and our system automatically creates your account. You'll receive an email with a temporary password. Use it to log in, and you'll be prompted to set a new password on your first visit.
Logging In
How do I log in?
Go to /lab/login and enter your email address and password. After your first login, you'll be asked to set a new password to replace the temporary one.
I never received my temporary password
Check your spam/junk folder — the email comes from mayur@snookerdelight.com. If it's not there, use the forgot password flow to generate a new one.
Payment & Billing
Is this a subscription?
No. Break Lab is a one-time payment of $89 for lifetime access. There are no recurring charges.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is processed through Stripe. You can use any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
What if my payment fails?
If Stripe can't process your card, you'll see an error on the checkout page. Try a different card or check with your bank. Your account won't be created until payment succeeds.
Can I get a refund?
Reach out via the support page or contact form and we'll sort it out on a case-by-case basis.
Password & Account Recovery
How do I reset my password?
Go to /lab/forgot, enter your email, and you'll receive a reset link. The link is valid for a limited time — use it promptly.
I'm locked out of my account
After too many failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the forgot password flow to reset your credentials.
What are the password requirements?
Your password must be 8–128 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character.
Access Issues
My session expired — do I need to pay again?
No. Sessions expire after a period of inactivity for security. Just log in again with your email and password. Your access is permanent.
Can I use Break Lab on multiple devices?
Yes. Log in from any device with a web browser. Each device maintains its own session.
I'm logged in but can't access videos
Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, reach out via the support page and include any error messages you're seeing.
